Own a digital cable box? We have nothing for digital cable box descrambler systems. If your cable system uses digital cable boxes, digital cable box descramblers or a digital cable signal, the unmodified cable box we sell will not work on your digital cable box descrambler system. We do not sell digital cable descramblers.
Digital set top cable boxes are not available.
We have no digital cable boxes that will work on digital cable tv. No
digital cable box is available. Digital cable descrambler and digital
cable box will be available someday. At this time no digital cable tv

Troubleshooting
Hints
Please try the following steps before contacting your retailer.
UNIT
HAS NO PICTURE, POWER OR SOUND.
Is
TV & Unit plugged into a working outlet? Is the Unit turned
on?
Is the TV turned on, If so is it turned on to channel 3 or 4 (depending
on your area)?
Are all your cables plugged in properly, and if so in the proper
sequence?
TV
HAS NO SOUND.
Is the TV volume turned up?
Is the volume on the Unit turned up?
Is the TV and/or the Unit on "mute"?
PICTURE
DISTORTION OR BLANK PICTURE
Check video select button
Check the 3/4 channel select
Check channel lock, Make sure channel you are trying to see is
displayed on unit.
Make sure cables are connected properly.
REMOTE
NOT OPERATING
Check to see if the batteries are new and or in working order.
Are batteries placed properly in unit, (according to instructions).
Make sure TV and Unit are plugged in.
NOTE: All units are in STD mode from the factory.
CHANNEL
5 AND 6 WORK AND THE REST OF THE CHANNELS DO NOT. ALL CHANNELS WORK ACCEPT
CHANNELS 5 AND 6.
Check HRC/STD setting to make sure you are on the proper setting
in
your area.
All Units come in Standard setting. To check the setting of the
unit press the menu button for one second to see if the unit displays
H or S then try the opposite setting. To go to the opposite setting press
the S/H button for 3 seconds, until box shows H or S.
NOTE:
After reviewing and trying these steps, If the unit is still not functioning
properly please contact your retailer.
If at any time you
cannot remember the functions you have entered or what setting you have
gone to, you can always reset the unit back to original setting by going
through the following steps.
A. Unplug Unit
B. Hold the "Channel Up" & "Power" button on the
unit while plugging it back in, You will see the unit display "Res"
the "3" then it will click off. This means all functions and
memory are erased and unit is back to its original factory setting.
