What is A Unmodified Cable Box Descrambler / Converter?

1. We offer unmodified basic channel changer types of cable box descramblers. The boxes we offer will NOT unscramble ANY pay channels, premium channels, or pay per view channels offered by ANY cable company. If you want to view pay type channels you must contact your cable company and they will provide you with a cable TV box and the services you want to pay for.
2. The cable boxes we offer are necessary if you own a Plasma TV without a tuner. If your current TV is not capable of tuning in channels offered from 01-125. If your TV remote control no longer works or the volume control is defective, installing A unmodified cable box will allow you to tune channels, control volume and turn on and off the TV set via the remote control that comes with the box.

3. Unmodified cable box descramblers act just like a VCR would. They will change your channels, tune in the signal & the cable box can also control your volume and mute and turn off your TV set via the remote control if your TV is plugged into switchable power outlet on the back of the cable box.

4. Unmodified cable box descramblers will not unscramble any pay signals.

5. Unmodified cable box descramblers can be used in extra rooms in your home.

Limited 1-year warranty

All equipment is guaranteed for one full year from the date of invoice, for defects and workmanship parts and labor. If a product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a comparable product at our discretion. No warranty, either implied or expressed, covers the event of the cable operator system changes. This warranty does not cover damage from power surges. Accidental or intentional physical damage, spilled liquids, insect infestation, misuse, abuse, or damage caused by non-authorized repair personnel, or anything that is beyond our control.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

All products carry a 30-day money back guarantee. If the product does not function properly, just call us to trouble shoot the problem. If troubleshooting doesn’t fix the problem you will be issued an RMA# and we will repair or exchange the merchandise with an option of a refund.

All merchandise returned for a refund must be received within 30 days from the date of the invoice. ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the process of all refunds. AN ADDITIONAL 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be deducted from the purchase price on all returns, unless you are given authorization by a
Ace Cable Descrambler Cable technician.

Any Product returned for replacement must be received before any new product can be shipped. After we receive the merchandise, the replacement will be sent out within 2-5 business days (subject to availability). Allow 2-5 days for shipping.

Any tampering, either internal or external will void all warranties associated with the purchase of your product.

NOTE: No returns, exchanges, or repairs with out us receiving ,via the mail, a signed and dated Warrantee /Declaration of intent form.
